The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with our audience by promptly handling queries, manually processing product orders, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages on Instagram in a timely and professional manner.
• Manually process product orders received through Instagram.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and consistency across social media.
