We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Specialist. This role involves collaborating closely with our Brand Creative and Communication Designer to develop and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand's goals and values.

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Identify niche influencers via social media and agencies.
• Finalize 10-12 influencers monthly across Delhi and other states.
• Collaborate with Brand Creative and Communication Designer.
• Execute campaigns, provide guidance, and optimize performance.
• Analyze data and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing.
• Strong social media research and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for brand alignment.
• Analytical abilities for campaign optimization.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
